What this site is

Bakersfield Events aggregates publicly listed events from venues, organizers, and event platforms in and around Bakersfield, California. Listings are provided as a convenience and may contain errors. Always confirm dates, times, prices, and ages directly with the venue or organizer before showing up.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for cancellations, price changes, or any loss that results from relying on a listing.

Listings and accuracy

Dates, times, prices, venues and age limits are gathered automatically from each organizer's public listing and checked daily, then reviewed for duplicates, placement and plain mistakes. A listing can still be wrong or out of date between checks. Where a price is shown it is the organizer's published price at the last check; where none is shown, the organizer did not publish one. Cancellations we learn of are marked as such. None of this is a guarantee: the organizer's own page is the final word.

What you send us

By submitting an event, a source, a flyer or a correction you confirm you have the right to share it and you give Bakersfield Events a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, edit, shorten and display it on this site and in its social posts and newsletters, with credit where you ask for it. You can ask us to take down anything you submitted at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mass-download, or republish the site without permission.
Do not submit false or harassing event suggestions.
Do not attempt to disrupt or attack the service.

Attribution, corrections and takedown

Each event names and links back to its public source; descriptions are quoted from the organizer and are shown as theirs. If you own an event listing and want it corrected or removed, email bevents1869@gmail.com with the event link and we will update or remove it, usually within two working days. If you run a venue or calendar and would rather we did not list you at all, say so and we will stop collecting from it.

Advertising

When ads are enabled, ad slots are served by Google AdSense. We do not endorse the advertisers and we are not party to any transaction between you and them.
