Ages 6-12. Join food ethnographers June Jo and Philip for a hands-on fermentation adventure! Kids will make their own colorful, fizzy kraut-chi—a fun blend of sauerkraut and kimchi traditions—while discovering how food, culture, and science connect. Participants will take home a jar of living kraut-chi and a joyful new way to enjoy vegetables. Supplies are limited, so plan to arrive early!
